What we collect
- Account details: name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Verification details: legal name, date of birth, country, address, passport number and a photo of your passport, if you verify your identity.
- Activity: tasks you submit, the proof you upload (text and screenshots), your balance and transaction history.
- Payout details: the PayPal email, bank account or wallet address you enter when withdrawing.
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic server logs.
How we use it
- To run your account, review tasks, pay you and process withdrawals.
- To verify identities and prevent fraud and duplicate accounts.
- To send you service emails: verification codes, approvals, verification results and payout updates.
Who can see it
Proof you submit for a task is visible to our team and to the business that posted that task (shown with your first name and last initial). Identity documents are visible only to our verification team. We don't sell your personal data. We use service providers (hosting, email delivery, payment providers) only to run hiworky.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.
Your choices
You can update your name and country in your profile. To access, correct or delete your data, or close your account, email [email protected].
