Getting started
Is hiworky free?
Yes. Creating an account and doing tasks is free. We never ask workers to pay anything.
Why do I need to verify my email?
We send a 6-digit code when you sign up to make sure the address is yours. It protects your account and lets us send payout and approval updates.
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or older with a valid passport can earn on hiworky. One account per person.
Tasks & proof
How do I submit proof?
After doing the steps, upload up to 3 screenshots and/or add details such as your username or a link to your post. Clear screenshots get approved faster.
How long does approval take?
Most submissions are reviewed within 24 hours. You'll get an email when your task is approved or rejected.
Why was my task rejected?
Usually because a step was missed or the proof didn't show the completed action. The reviewer's note is shown on the task and in the email. The spot is reopened for others.
Can I do the same task twice?
No — each task can be completed once per account.
Verification (KYC)
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Verification stops fake accounts and fraud, which keeps tasks honest and payouts safe. It's required before your second task and before withdrawing.
What photo do I need?
A clear photo of your passport's photo page: original document, all 4 corners visible, all text readable (including the two lines at the bottom), no glare or blur.
How long does verification take?
Usually within 24 hours. We email you as soon as it's approved — or tell you what to fix if it isn't.
Payments
How do I withdraw?
Open your Wallet and request a withdrawal of $5 or more. You can withdraw by bank transfer (enter your bank name, account title and account number or IBAN) or USDT (TRC-20) crypto; accounts verified in the USA can also use PayPal.
When will I receive my money?
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. The amount leaves your balance when you request it; if a payout can't be completed, it's refunded to your balance.
Are there fees?
hiworky doesn't charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may charge its own fees.
Referrals
How does the referral program work?
Share your code or invite link. When a friend signs up with it and verifies their email, you get $5 and your friend gets a $5 welcome bonus — instantly.
Is there a limit?
No limit on how many friends you invite. Each friend earns you the $5 bonus once.
