Your balance
Pending is the reward for tasks that are still being reviewed. Available is money you can withdraw — rewards move there as soon as a task is approved. Every change to your balance is listed in your Wallet.
Requesting a withdrawal
- Open Wallet and click Withdraw.
- Enter the amount ($5 or more), choose bank transfer or USDT (or PayPal in the USA) and enter your bank details, USDT address or PayPal email. The account title must match your verified name.
- The amount leaves your balance immediately and shows as Pending under Payouts.
- Once we've sent the money it's marked Completed. If a payout can't be completed (for example, a wrong address), it's marked rejected and the full amount is refunded to your balance.
Fees
hiworky charges no withdrawal fees. PayPal, your bank or the blockchain network may apply their own fees or exchange rates.
